Distance Sales Agreement – Bansko Skifest

1. Parties

SELLER: Rapsody Seyahat ve Sağlık Turizmi Ltd. Şti. – Süleyman Seba Cad. No 61/11 Akaretler, Beşiktaş / İstanbul – Tel: 0 (532) 203 64 43 – Web: banskoskifest.com.tr

BUYER: The person who completes the purchase form and makes the payment via banskoskifest.com.tr (the name, surname, contact and billing details declared in the form are taken as the basis).

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in relation to the Bansko Skifest 2027 package tour purchased electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

3. Scope of the Service

Dates: 25 – 30 January 2027 (5 nights 6 days). Included in the package: 5 nights' accommodation in the selected room type at the selected hotel, breakfast, and return coach transport departing from Istanbul. Skipass, equipment rental, visa fee (unless purchased separately), travel insurance and personal expenses are not included in the package. Prices are per person, and the total amount is shown on the payment page and in the order summary.

4. Payment

Payment is taken by credit/debit card through the iyzico infrastructure with 3D Secure. Card details are not stored by the SELLER.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for accommodation, transport and leisure/entertainment services that must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the principles set out on the "Cancellation & Refund Policy" page.

6. General Provisions

The BUYER accepts that, before purchasing, they have read and are informed of the preliminary information regarding the essential features of the service, the total price, the method of payment and performance, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically. Detailed information about the tour programme, hotel and transport times is shared with the BUYER after purchase.

7. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction where these limits are exceeded.

8. Entry into Force

This agreement enters into force when the BUYER ticks the confirmation box on the purchase form and completes the payment.
