Rapsody Seyahat ve Sağlık Turizmi Ltd. Şti. (“Rapsody Turizm”) attaches great importance to the privacy and security of the personal data of its customers and prospective customers. This notice has been prepared by Rapsody Turizm, acting in its capacity as “Data Controller”, for the purpose of explaining and informing you about the processing, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and other applicable legislation, of the personal data belonging to you as a natural-person customer or prospective customer that is collected through the website https://banskoskifest.com.tr/.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to Rapsody Turizm and make requests regarding your personal data on the following matters:
a) To learn whether personal data are being processed,
b) If personal data have been processed, to request information in that regard,
c) To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
ç) To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom personal data are transferred,
d) To request the rectification of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) To request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7,
f) To request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
g) To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems,
ğ) To request compensation for damages in the event of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data; the data subject has these rights.
Rapsody Turizm will conclude your application requests submitted in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller free of charge, depending on the nature of the request and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the action requires an additional cost, a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection will be notified to you, with justification, in writing or electronically.
