Cancellation & Refund Policy

These terms apply to Bansko Skifest 2027 package tours purchased via banskoskifest.com.tr. Seller: Rapsody Seyahat ve Sağlık Turizmi Ltd. Şti.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts relating to accommodation, transport and leisure/entertainment services that must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period. The Bansko Skifest package tour falls within this scope.

Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted via our WhatsApp line 0 (532) 203 64 43 or in writing. The refund amount is determined according to how far the cancellation date is from the tour start date and the cancellation terms applied by the hotel/transport suppliers; these terms are shared in writing after purchase.

Visa Service

Once the visa application has been submitted, consulate and intermediary agency fees are non-refundable. If the visa application is rejected, the refund of the tour price is assessed according to the suppliers' terms.

Cancellations by the Organiser

If the tour is cancelled by the organiser, the full amount paid will be refunded to the card used for payment within 14 days of the cancellation notice at the latest.

Refund Method

Refunds are made via iyzico to the credit/debit card used for payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
