I have read the privacy notice on Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, disclosed to me by Rapsody Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and also available at https://banskoskifest.com.tr/ kvkk. Being fully informed on the matter, leaving no room for doubt, I give my informed explicit consent to the processing of my personal and/or special categories of personal data in light of the information in the Privacy Notice, including their being obtained in whole or in part, recorded, stored, changed, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they are processed or as provided for in the relevant law, shared, in case of legal or service-related practical requirements, with public institutions and organisations with which Rapsody Turizm works or to which it is legally obliged and/or with third-party service providers, supplier companies and insurance companies resident in Turkey or abroad, and with your Company and/or your Company's sub-agencies, transferred abroad in case of legal or service-related practical requirements, or restricted from use. I accept that I have read and understood this explicit consent form and that my declaration below obtained in this way is valid.
